FAQ - short for frequently asked questions.

#1 Issue:

I'm out of space!

First, are you saving (intentionally, or unintentionally) saving your mail on the server? Check your email program (ie Outlook, etc) and see what the settings are. Oftentimes, by default it may save messages on the server. The same is true if you find you are receiving duplicate messages.

Another place to look for space is in your stats. If you don't need prior years stats, you can safely delete them. You might want to back them up to your hard drive for later viewing.
